Will you remain on the job site until it is completed or will you be coming and going?

Yes, the same crew that starts the project will remain on site until the project is complete.

Are you fully licensed and insured?

Yes, a certificate of our insurance is always available upon request.

Are references available?

References are always supplied to our customers with our proposal, but additional references are also available upon request.

Am I, the homeowner, responsible to pull permits for carpentry or roofing work?

No, you can leave all the paperwork to us! Presto is registered and insured, so we can obtain all necessary construction permits and schedule inspections as needed.

I've had a bad experience with roofers before, why should I trust you?

We take great pride in the work we do, from carpentry and roofing to painting and interior design. We understand that the success of our business depends on the happiness of our customers, from the project inception to the completion.

What do you charge for an estimate?

Absolutely nothing. We will visit your home to evaluate the work and talk to you to hear your vision and determine the scope of the project. We will send you a written estimate with details and specifications for your review, and answer any questions you may have.
